3.

4.
Sanitation
5.
Biological and mechanical control
6.
Pesticide Application
Our Pest Control is performed as follows:
1.

2.
Removal of unwanted spider webs around the eaves and porches.
3.
Free return visits even if it’s not on the regular service day.
4.
Treatment for paper wasps around eaves. Honey bees, bumble bees, and hornets may be an additional cost, depending on the extent of the problem.
5.
Treatment of inside units on an as needed basis.
6.
In addition, ONECALL’s bi-monthly report assists you with identification of potential cultural practices that may impact the effectiveness of the IPM program. Sanitation is the most important cultural practice affecting the success of a pest management plan, and it is the customer’s responsibility. Sanitation removes the essential elements for pest survival, (i.e., food, water, and harborage). Specific examples are waste removal, cleaning, grass mowing, exterior clean-up, etc. occasional trapping for rats and mice as a part of the bi-monthly service. Any heavy infestation that may require bait boxes, execution, or extensive trapping requires an additional charge.
Bird mitigation and deterrent services are also available.
